These terms govern your use of the pkr22 platform — accounts, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, the VIP programme and your responsibilities as a player. Please read them before registering.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pkr22 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pkr22, creating an account, making a deposit or participating in any game or promotion on the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally.
These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Promotions page. In cases of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the more specific promotion terms apply to that promotion only.
pkr22 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pkr22. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. pkr22 may request age verification documentation at any point. If verification reveals you are under 18, your account will be immediately suspended, all deposits will be returned and any winnings forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pkr22 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using a different identity — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment method information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account suspension. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date through your account settings.
pkr22 is open to players who meet the age requirement and agree to these Terms. You are responsible for confirming that your use of online gaming platforms is permitted under any applicable local rules in your specific location.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. pkr22 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password.
All pkr22 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your balance, deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by the platform for standard PKR deposits and withdrawals.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pkr22 may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance after fees is retained and can be withdrawn by contacting support.

The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the point of deposit within the platform. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum for a given method will not be processed.
You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third party's account — including a family member's JazzCash or Easypaisa account — is not permitted and may result in withdrawal restriction until the source is verified.
Deposit processing times depend on the payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered in your name that has been verified through the platform's identity verification process. pkr22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier and the payment method selected. Standard processing times are indicated within the platform. VIP players at Gold tier and above receive prioritised withdrawal processing. Diamond tier players receive the fastest processing times available.
pkr22 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and applies particularly to first-time withdrawals and withdrawals above certain thresholds. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and confirmation of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested documents will delay withdrawal processing.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed within the platform's withdrawal section. These limits may vary by payment method and VIP tier. Higher VIP tiers generally have higher daily withdrawal limits.
No platform withdrawal fees: pkr22 does not charge a fee on standard PKR withdrawals processed through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. Your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside pkr22's control.
All bonus funds, free credit and promotional rewards issued by pkr22 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is published alongside that offer on the Promotions page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for that offer.
Bonuses are issued to eligible accounts only. Eligibility conditions — such as minimum deposit amount, new player status or VIP tier — are specified per offer. pkr22 reserves the right to decline a bonus to any account that does not meet the stated eligibility criteria or that shows evidence of bonus abuse.
The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit on pkr22. It can only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method. Accounts that share an IP address, device or payment method with an existing account that has already claimed the welcome bonus are not eligible for a second claim.
pkr22 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk wagering strategies to meet requirements without genuine gaming activity, or exploiting offer conditions in ways not intended — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account balance. Real money is used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified in the offer terms. Always check the specific terms for each promotion before claiming.
All registered pkr22 accounts are automatically enrolled in the VIP programme from the date of registration. There is no opt-in required. VIP tier progress is calculated based on cumulative PKR wagered across all game categories on the platform.
The programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier above Bronze unlocks additional benefits including higher cashback rates, increased daily withdrawal limits and priority processing. VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Maintaining a tier requires meeting the relevant ongoing wagering activity threshold. Accounts that fall below the minimum activity level for their current tier may be reassigned to a lower tier in line with the VIP programme rules published on the VIP page.
VIP benefits, cashback credits and tier-specific rewards apply only to the account to which they are issued. They cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash outside the withdrawal process where applicable.
All games on pkr22 — including fish games, bingo, slots, live casino and crash games — operate using certified random number generation or live dealer formats. Game results are determined at the moment of play and are final. pkr22 does not alter game outcomes after a round has been completed.
In the event of a technical error, system fault or connectivity failure that affects a game round in progress, pkr22 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. Where a round has been completed and the result recorded correctly, the outcome stands regardless of any subsequent display error.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football and esports — are subject to their own market settlement rules. Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets accepted after an event's outcome has been determined will be voided. Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed.
You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during gameplay. pkr22 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by your device, internet service provider or network conditions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr22 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
Zero tolerance on fraud: Fraudulent activity — including chargeback abuse and identity fraud — results in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held. pkr22 cooperates fully with payment processors and relevant authorities on fraud investigations.
pkr22 may suspend or close an account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, identity misrepresentation or any conduct listed in Section 9. During an active investigation, access to the account and any withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome.
You may request the closure of your pkr22 account at any time by contacting support through live chat or the in-app chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Real-money balance will be returned in full.
If you wish to take a break from gaming, you can use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings. These allow you to set a cooling-off period during which your account will be restricted from deposits and gameplay. Self-exclusion requests submitted through account settings take effect promptly. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change to the Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure and any applicable balance return.
